Elegant Stay with a Fantastic Gym and Helpful Staff
The gym was a standout, offering extensive equipment for a solid workout. Breakfast was convenient but priced high. The staff's friendliness and central location. Book ahead for dinner spots!

It was clean place, staff were enthusiastic and courteous, and I truly enjoyed my luxurious room. The breakfast was very good exactly as I hoped, with scrambled eggs, so many delicious options, cappuccino. The overall atmosphere was quiet, even so some staff members were very arrogant. The private parking was nearby, excellent service. They offered concierge service at no cost too.

Highly recommend for couples looking for a getaway
I had this wonderful experience upon arrival. The staff poured us a glass of prosecco and a cappuccino right away, it was a nice touch in the midst of the chaos of travel. And at breakfast, they served an very nice selection of pastries and the best coffee, just what we needed to fuel our day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but considering the level of service, we found it acceptable.

It is situated just next to the Medicci Chapel, in the city center, close to either the train station as well as all the main tourist attractions in town.
I got the smallest room in the hotel: it was a room under the roof on the 4th floor - the only one. It was really small, with no space in the bathroom where to put my staff, no TV in the room, no shelves in the room. The phoneline was not working during my entire stay. As for the breakfast: take care, as it is not a breakfast that you would expect from a 4* hotel. There are 3 types of juice+water, tea or coffee and some sweets (croissant, ...). You can moreover order either ham and cheese or scrembled eggs for free. All the rest is only on request and you have to pay for it. So nothing like an english breakfast. There is even no butter provided!

The highlight was definitely the spa, absolute bliss after long days wandering Florence! The room was spacious and comfy but the lighting tripped a breaker once. Fantastic stay 😊

Beautifully designed interiors and a central yet quiet location were good. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding, while the attentive staff provided genuine hospitality. Breakfast featured traditional meals that were delicious and energizing, perfect for starting each day. Noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, and the checkout process took longer than anticipated, so plan accordingly. I recommend requesting a room away from the street for a more peaceful experience.
